A corporate perspective on how to best go about composing art, could be best described as an inorganic obsession with regimented machine like construction processes. Where things like efficiency, profitability and aesthetic appeal, take preference over everything else. A creative process that distinctly separates it’s self from the natural world. A process better resembling a computer chip manufacturing plant, than a painter’s studio.

Some common corporate protocols:
Forbid distractions.
Use path of least resistance. Don’t think, just work. Do not discern ideas.
Demand production area be kept clean and organized at all times.
Demand rigidness, sticking with one idea till completion.
Demand speed. If something can’t be finished quickly, it’s a failure.
Demand homogeneity. Simplify everything. Limit creative options.
Demand planed work structure. Define art before it's made.
Demand regimented time management. Regulate creativity.
Demand zero tolerance work ethics, with strict artificial deadlines.
Encourage exploits. Prioritize production tricks over compositional depth.
Encourage short cuts. Take any measure to make work “easier”.
Encourage emotional disconnect. Finish work regardless of how you feel.
Encourage analytics. Finish work even if it's flawed, for consumer analysis.
Encourage indifference. Assume audience/consumer isn’t smart nor cares.
Encourage mechanical thinking. Limit emotional connection to the art.
Discourage exposure to competition. Competitors might set the bar too high.
Discourage ambition. Assume no one will know if you go the extra mile.
Discourage discerning points of view. Art is relative. Anything can be art.
Discourage historical reference. Music history sets the bar too high to be profitable.
